Need a blood transfusion!

Ha! At least that is what the dental hygienist told me today while cleaning my teeth. Holy cow! I knew that during pregnancy your gums tend to be more sensitive and prenatal gingivitis is common, but wowzer! I was gushing blood (graphic- I know) and now I am SO sore! I have never minded the dentist before but I am thanking god I do not have to go back before the baby is here!
