Wishing the weekends were longer...

I really wish the weekends were longer... they seem to go by so quick! Sad thing is... this was a longer than normal weekend for me b/c I took Friday off. Even a 3 day weekend goes by too quick. We had a great weekend though. Celebrating our anniversary on Saturday was really nice. We just enjoyed the time together! Went out for a really nice dinner on Saturday night and reminisced about the past 6 years. Amazed how the ups and downs of life can strengthen a bond you already think is so strong! I am a very lucky girl...I can tell you that!

Yesterday was an official lazy day. I did get up early and get some grocery shopping done (it had been two weeks-- we were empty!). Once home from shopping I was back in my comfy clothes and prepared to not do much! One major accomplishment this weekend though was getting all the baby clothes washed and put away!! The drawers are full! I also felt a bit crafty and made clothes dividers for the closet.

So exciting... I know! ha!! Anything to keep me organized!

We got the awesome news yesterday that our best friends welcomed their little boy into the world-- Jake W. H. !! We are so excited for them.
